It should come as no surprise that the word "redundancy" is around a lot at the moment. There has been a lot of bloodletting around the Brisbane IT scene over the last 6 - 9 months and it's not over yet. Today marks not only my 7 month anniversary at my current job (a move which occurred because of a redundancy) but will also mark the 7th round of redundancies I've been through in the last 9 years.
